I couldn’t agree more with this article, I just moved from a job with an open office plan, around 90–100 people most working from that office (sales, developers, PMOs and managers)

The amount of interruptions intentional or not, was pretty high. However, whats the alternative or how do we change the current default?

I’m looking forward to the new book specially if presents alternatives.
